Jackie Peterson
Founder, Executive Advisor and Coach
Jackie is a global operations executive with over 25 years in Fortune 500 and mid-sized medical device firms, including executive leadership roles at Medtronic, 3M, and ConMed. She has led organizations that span the globe and include working with employees at all levels of the organization, from hourly workers to the board room. She was responsible for global manufacturing strategy at the world's largest medical device company, has developed, launched and grown a contract manufacturing business, led medical device development teams, established manufacturing in emerging markets, developed end-to-end supply chain capabilities and worked side-by-side with production operators on the manufacturing floor to solve problems.
Jackie has earned a M.S. in Management of Technology from the University of Minnesota and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas, providing a strong foundation in operations and leadership. As a Harvard Women on Boards graduate, certified lean six-sigma blackbelt and an ICF-certified executive coach, Jackie is passionate about developing leaders and advising organizations to elevate their performance and impact.
In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors and traveling with her family. She is an avid fan of her children's activities, cheering on her daughter, a 3-time Paralympic Medalist in the US Para Nordic Ski team, and her son, a top US youth biathlete.
